This a Brown’s gas generator. Its inputs are water and electricity, from which it produces Brown’s gas. Sounds simple, but the problem is in the common misunderstanding of the term “ Brown’s gas” – commonly mistaken to be hydrogen, or “hydrogen and oxygen”. It’s neither. It’s a UNIQUE GAS comprising SIX district gases and its correct definition is:

How We Adapt it to Various Applications
The original Water Torch developed by George Wiseman is very durable and produces high-quality Brown’s gas. Few people are aware that there IS a gas quality issue as Brown’s gas itself if often misunderstood in itself. The problem lies in not knowing that there are SIX gases involved, and the most unknown of these six gases is neither hydrogen nor oxygen nor vapor. It’s the gas that properly built water electrolyzers produce RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE between the hydrogen-producing electrode and the oxygen-producing electrode. Science has no name for this gas and Wiseman calls it “Electrically Expanded Water”.

This sixth gas is very important. The more you make of it, the higher the effect of Brown’s gas, hence BETTER ECONOMY for the end user. Hence, a machine that makes significantly more of it, 24/7/365, is worth its weight in gold over the course of its lifetime.

Now, regarding adaptability to applications: the original design was aimed at being the world’s best WATER TORCH and it is definitely the best. “Water torch” means a machine that produces flammable gas for ULTRA-CLEAN FLAME. Good for welding, cutting, pharmaceutical/cosmetic ampule sealing, etc. It’s also good to use the gas without igniting it – no flame at all – in beauty and health applications.

But how about applications for tough environments such marine engine rooms?

And how about availability, where one Brown’s gas generator needs to be clustered for applications that require much higher gas output than one generator can provide?

For these reasons, we based this product, SISBG, on the original Water Torch. Not one nut or bolt changed. The only changes were made externally in terms of electronic control.

For example, and this is a SIMPLIFIED DESCRIPTION, mind you, is when such a unit is connected to a Diesel engine to assist its combustion and internal cleanliness. You want Brown’s gas only when the engine is running. So we add a control line that senses when the engine is off, and cut the supply of Brown’s gas – or shut off the Brown’s gas generator altogether.

Again, this is a simplified description. Other problems such as freezing are also dealt with.

Hydrogen-oxygen generator EU-1800 – takes standard electric grid voltage and water to produce flammable gas. Output gas comprises hydrogen, oxygen and other components, a special gas called “HHO Gas” or “ Brown’s Gas” which is more powerful than hydrogen; it’s also SAFER because gas is produced fresh and used immediately – no hydrogen storage. When the engine/boiler/turbine no longer needs the gas, the generator stops automatically. The HHO Gas does NOT replace fossil fuel such as Diesel fuel or natural gas, but serves as an ignition enhancer for a more complete combustion of the regular fuel. This permits 10-30% fuel saving, cleaner combustion, and prolonged engine’s life.

Gas QUALITY is NOT Trivial!
Several factors raise the QUALITY of gas coming out of this machine, and subsequently affect its dollar value and system TCO:

(1). Gas TYPE is vital to understand because it is commonly confused with hydrogen, or mixes of BOTTLED hydrogen and oxygen, or other lower quality gases. Brown’s gas has one simple yet correct definition:

(2). Furthermore, not all Brown’s gas is created equal even if its generator conforms to the above definition. Per references given in the book The GREEN SCIENCE of Waterfuel from leading Brown’s gas experts such as George Wiseman, Bob Boyce, Ted Suartt and Rob Gourley, the “quality” if you will, the potency of Brown’s gas relies on one of its components that science has no name for so each researcher named it differently. Wiseman calls it ‘Electrically Expanded Water’ or ExW for short. Hydrogen is produced on the negative electrode plate of an electrolyzer, while oxygen is produced on the Positive electrode plate. But, IN CORRECTLY BUILT ELECTROLYZERS, in the middle of the gap between those electrode plates a third set of bubbles is generated. Many researchers believe that these additional bubbles form the most energetic component of the gas – the charged water gas clusters. The more you have of it in comparison to hydrogen and oxygen, the higher quality Brown’s gas you are producing. We strongly believe that our machine has the highest quality between commercially available, industrial-strength Brown’s gas generators.

(3). If you just observe photos and videos of commercially available Brown’s gas generators, you will notice not only their bulky construction but also the number of large cooling fans and large cooling openings. This is a dead giveaway to inefficient designs that waste a lot of electricity WHILE ALSO producing heat. Large industrial fans create lots of noise while pulling in a combination of humidity, dust and other flying particles that clog up the machine and shorten its time between failures.
