- CoRAL is where SISBG units are robotically manufactured, preferably in distributed locations,

- The goal of this project is to automate WaterfuelPro assembly line for the dual purpose of:

(1) scaling production up to meet growing demand, and

(2) selling copies of this robotic assembly line to clients worldwide.

- The buyer of CoRAL becomes what WaterfuelPro calls “satellite company” which isn’t a franchise; however, whoever operates one or more CoRAL systems becomes the source for standardized SISBG units in their country or continent (since there are no protected zones, they can sell worldwide).

Detailed Description

BENEFITS:
1. CoRAL spits out fully manufactured, tested and ready to deliver Brown’s Gas machines of unbeatable quality, and is priced to cover its entire cost in its first 47 DAYS of operation (worst case per our calculations).
2. Top speed of production and throughput – 1 robot and 2 workers finish a product in 30 minutes; for comparison, in North America today 25 HOURS to a finished product and even that ONLY by a highly trained and very costly labor,
- Top worker safety, top of the line robot, visually appealing, more features geared to smooth operation,
- Not only that but the entire “factory” is deployed from a 20-ft shipping container, allowing the buyer to start production within hours of delivery. And since the customer’s workers will get hands-on training at our “Factory of Factories” on the very same robotic assembly line that the customer gets, they will be able to deploy and operate it with little support and operate it safely, with confidence and above all at high production rates,
- Each CoRAL line can produce more than 1,000 products/month, each valued at USD 10,000. Business wise, doing this by hand would be impractical even with an army of costly human labor due to the high level of training they would have to get, not to mention months of hands-on training AND the super-tough training their supervisors would need.

MACHINE TYPE

CoRAL is a full manufacturing system comprising two major blocks:

- The Robotic Workcell deployed from a 20-ft shipping container. It comprises the robot, assembly attachments for the robot, conveyors, compressor, Central Control Unit (CCU), and accessories.
- The Finishing & Quality Assurance (QA) Station operates alongside the Robotic Workcell and is managed by the same CCU.

INPUT/OUTPUT:


INPUT: boxed parts with same standards and from the same factories that manufacture parts for WaterfuelPro;

OUTPUT: standardized SISBG units, finished and tested, ready for delivery or storage (crating is separate; crates have been developed for international shipping that are low cost, yet top durability by Military Standard ‘MIL-STD 1600’ and reusable 50+ times).

Asia is learning robotics. However, their knowledge in design of LARGE SYSTEM robotics (i.e., whole operations such as Amazon or BMW) is limited and the world leaders are in USA, India and Germany – while the rest of the world is behind, lacking enough expertise to tackle every aspect of robotics, e.g., machine vision, complete solutions from the micro to large system integration.

Therefore, the threat of cheap copycats making such systems to a good reliable level – in the near future – is considered slim to none. There will be copycats for sure, but they WILL cut corners – thus paving the road for us to be “better than ______” (fill in the blank with their names), get it?

The second uniqueness is not in that part of the system that meets the eye, but in the completeness of the solution provided to the customers of WaterfuelPro:

Customers for CoRAL are business owners who wish to earn in Cleantech but desire to have a ready-made, fully developed technology rather than risky/time-consuming R&D.
WaterfuelPro provides them with one or several CoRAL lines so they can start manufacturing right away, and sell directly to their buyers or in some marketing joint venture with WaterfuelPro.
They receive not only the self-contained factory shown above, but a complete method of how to get to a finished product, namely:
Where to make the parts in adequate quality, and how the parts manufacturing factories must box them so they arrive ready to feed into CoRAL,
How to spread parts production between separate factories so the complete plans are very hard to steal (spread too much and it’s a costly logistics nightmare, spread too little and you won’t sleep very well either due to risk of IP theft),
How to also spread production of EACH part to several factories, so no factory disaster may halt production,
Exact inspection, testing and Quality Assurance procedures,
Safety procedures and policies,
Full, highly accurate and clearly comprehensible documentation and operating instructions (not trivial in this day and age!)
Technical support via sophisticated visualization, remote computer control, as well as virtual classes AFTER complete hands-on training and theoretical training.
From the ROI point of view, common wisdom today is to accept ROI between 12 months and 36 months. The typical small self-contained system is called “robotic workcell” and is averagely priced at USD 300k. We are empowering the customer in several advantageous ways:

CoRAL, even though it’s priced three times over market average, will pay for itself in 47 days – an unheard of ROI (an ROI Calculator download with an example worst-case scenario is provided below).
We’ve created a spreadsheet for every customer to see how they can do this or better. Using this spreadsheet, the customer can see that 47 days is the worst case scenario, taking into account:
Expensive labor (USA), with even higher night shift pay,
System depreciation in 6 years which is not true, the system quality is such that can be used for many more years with relatively little maintenance,
Expensive yearly maintenance,
World’s highest electricity cost (Denmark – more than double UK and triple USA),
Assuming a low profit margin, etc.
In short, the customer gets such a high ready-for-profit value that would be hard to surpass by any would-be robotics competitor, even from the USA, India or Germany. The international Patent gives an extra layer of IP protection, but the main protection stems from the fact that from millions of robot experts and fans, only a few know how to properly automate an entire line, and they are employed by the major automation companies such as Rockwell – and even they don’t have our industry-wide viewing angle and industry leadership/responsibility.

The overall effect is threefold:
(1) long-term, high-ticket revenue stream,
(2) big environmental impact, and
(2) helps WaterfuelPro retain its market share, by producing fast enough to meet the anticipated boom in global demand for top quality Standardized Brown’s gas machines.

Pricing


$952,380, with 90% probability to be the final price of a fully operational system.

The price includes:

BEFORE the system leaves our factory we train your operators at our premises. They will train ON THE VERY SYSTEM that you purchase, will help pack it for shipping – and will therefore be familiar with every part and know what goes where when the system arrives at your premises.
Support for deployment and easy start.
A vital part of the deal: we connect you to our “boxed parts” suppliers; the parts will be the same as we use to manufacture SISBG units, will arrive in the same boxes and will be arranges in the most efficient for the robot to pick up and assemble without loss of production time. All your employee has to do is open the box and place it on the conveyor belt leading toward the robot.

This is a view of the Excel spreadsheet we created to evaluate the WORST CASE Return of Investment (highest electricity cost from Denmark, highest employees from USA, shorter than actual lifespan, etc. – as set of conditions that will not likely happen in the same location).

The calculation takes into account 3 shifts (5 days/week) and you may choose to work at a slower pace, it’s up to you, but the return is not likely to be anywhere near the usual 12-36 months that is considered normal for robotic workcells investments in other industries. If deployed as instructed and used correctly, we think of it in terms of 47-60 days to get your investment back, in most cases. We included every kind of overhead we could think of other than shipping (because we don’t know if you’re next door or on the other side of this “Planet Ocean” of ours).

Production of CoRAL systems, as well as training of operators and system managers, to stay exclusively under close supervision of WaterfuelPro. Boxed parts, just as well, to be produced exclusively by our licensed suppliers in Taiwan. This policy is put forth to prevent dilution of top quality of products.
